Weaving Studio Tour and Workshop

Led by artist Naomi Binsfeld

Come and learn about weaving in a studio with a variety of floor looms, table looms, inkle looms, and fiber equipment of all different sorts. Weaving is an ancient art form practiced by people of many different cultures and countries. See weaving in progress, and try your hand at one of a few different types of looms. Choose, create and take home one of three types of weaving.

Naomi has taught fiber arts for more than 35 years and is a past president of the Weavers Guild of Minnesota. She has been weaving for 40 years, and has been growing in this studio space since 2021. Her studio includes more than 70 looms and eight spinning wheels.

Class size limit: 12

Ages 10+ welcome. Children younger than 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
