December Notes
Let it snow!
It is sure starting to feel like Christmas out there now, with the beautiful snow globe effect out my window.
November Notes
Our next meeting is on Monday, at the airport at 7PM. Gayle Kubista will be leading us in creating “Thank You” gifts for our venues where we showcase our work over the year.
October Notes
It's time!
For our next meeting on October 20th, we are having a show and share of all the art created by you inspired by Yayoi Kusama. I am so excited to see what you have made!
August Notes
Thank you!
I wanted to say that first. Thank you to all of you for being a part of our Guild. Thank you to those of you who participate regularly, or write to give advice, or are on the board, help with projects or attend meetings.
June Notes
Hello and Happy June!
It’s finally feeling good to be outside, going on adventures studying the clouds, the landscape as it greens up and watching the action on the water, whether it be water sports or the simplicity of a tadpole pond.
April Notes
We have lots going on in our Guild world!
Take a look at the areas in the new PenRad building where we will be able to showcase our Guild art.
March Notes
Time.
Time is so fleeting. As we get older, we all know it moves fast — how do we slow it down? How do you find time in your days for art?
February Notes
Happy February, the month of love, and I sure love our Guild!
We are gearing up for Kites on Ice this coming Saturday, February 8th, out on Buffalo Lake.
January Notes
It’s a Brand New Year!
2025 is going to be an exciting year for our Guild. Not only do we now have a website (you are receiving this Guild Journal entry through the website!), but the Guild will have a permanent home this summer!
December Notes
I hope this finds you all enjoying the hustle and bustle of the season and inserting art wherever you can, be it a gift or getting ready for our Holiday Party, which happens next Monday!
November Notes
Boy, It sure is dark out now. Daylight Savings is always a tough hit, as I wake with the sun and go down with the sun usually, and now I find myself spinning in circles.
October Notes
Gayle Kubista is leading our meeting and we are creating art ornaments for Festival of Trees. I have submitted a request to have a tree, waiting to hear if we get one.
September Notes
We have a big meeting coming up — Picasso Art is due on Monday! Plan to join us for an exciting show and share, study works emulating a prolific, dynamic, artist of modern times.
