November Giving Project: Painted Candles for Our Venues

Join us at our November meeting as we continue our cherished tradition of creating art with heart. This year, we’re giving back to the venues that host us by crafting hand-painted battery-operated candles as a festive gesture of appreciation.

Come enjoy a Holiday Shopping Day in Litchfield.

The Main Street storefront will be filled with artists, makers and craftsmen with their goodies.

Yayoi Kusama art project is due.

Please bring your artwork, along with art for our other venues to our meeting at the Buffalo Airport.

Artists of all ages and of all mediums are invited to showcase two of their finest works.

Deadline for submissions is Friday, Sept. 26, 10am - 6:00pm.

Join us for a field trip to Maple Plain to Naomi Binsfeld’s fiber arts studio!

Sue Davis will present and discuss her current exploration of acrylic mediums and techniques involving new pieces in her intuitive forest series.

The annual Art & Craft Festival is held in the streets of downtown Buffalo. Approximately 150+ art and craft vendors exhibit their appealing merchandise and food vendors tempt you to taste delicious food and treats.

Celebrate and experience the work of talented Central Minnesota artists while enjoying the warmth and charm of locally-owned shops, businesses and eateries in Historic Downtown St. Cloud! All art crawls are from 4-8pm in Downtown, St. Cloud, MN. 

The Buffalo Art Guild is going to have a booth at The Great Outdoor Fair on June 28th at Sturges Park.

Our annual themed artwork projects are due. Please bring your “Sunsets” artwork to our meeting for a group show and tell.

Our April meeting will feature Marie Panlener, teaching us a little about portraiture. 

Our next meeting is March 17th, St. Patrick's Day. Tamra may rustle up some Irish treats for us. Meredith Johanson will be leading us in an activity involving weaving painted paper to create artwork.

At our February meeting, we will be painting with acrylic paints on canvas, so dress for the part!

This has always been a joyous event for the Guild, promoting art in its simplest form, creating shapes and lines right on the snow. Contact us to sign up for assisting that day.

The start of the new year always brings freshness and excitement for the coming months, and we always renew ourselves with election of Board Members, have an art supply swap meet for giving you some fresh supplies and handle membership renewals.

Come celebrate the season with us as we gather and enjoy food, games, an art project, and an art exchange.
